Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and changes are handled for Dashba’s website, digital presence, subscription, advertising, and custom services.
1. General position
Dashba provides service-based work, including website preparation, website launch services, ongoing digital presence support, advertising services, and custom project work. Because many of these services involve time, planning, third-party providers, creative preparation, or committed campaign placements, refunds may be limited once work has commenced.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
2. Starter Site
Starter Sites are provided at no upfront cost unless otherwise agreed. Because no payment is required for the Starter Site stage, there is generally no refund applicable at this stage.
A Starter Site, draft, concept, or preview does not become a fully activated live website until the relevant Launch payment and activation process have been completed.
3. Launch payments
Launch payments cover activation work, hosting setup, domain connection support, launch preparation, website configuration, content refinement, and related service work.
Once Launch work has commenced or your site has been activated, the Launch payment is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.
If you request cancellation before Launch work has commenced, we may assess the request and, where appropriate, offer a full or partial refund after deducting any payment processing fees, third-party charges, or work already performed.
4. Grow subscriptions
Grow subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and cover ongoing website improvements, visibility support, SEO-minded updates, AI-readiness improvements, minor edits, and related support during the applicable billing period.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel future renewals in accordance with your subscription settings or by contacting us.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current or previous billing periods unless required by law or agreed by Dashba in writing.
5. Advertising campaigns
Due to the nature of advertising services, once an advertising campaign has been confirmed, booked, scheduled, submitted to a platform, placed with a provider, or launched, we are generally unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or changes.
We work closely with our partners, platforms, media owners, and providers to ensure accuracy and availability at the time of booking. By proceeding with an advertising purchase or campaign confirmation, you acknowledge that campaign commitments may be final once the campaign has commenced or provider commitments have been made.
If you have concerns before launching a campaign — including timing, creative material, audience targeting, scheduling, or placement confirmation — please contact us before approving or confirming the campaign.
6. Custom projects
Custom projects may include tailored website work, advanced design, integrations, custom content, advertising strategy, consulting, or other bespoke services. Refund terms for custom projects may depend on the proposal, scope, milestone, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, payments for completed milestones, work already performed, third-party costs, and committed resources are non-refundable.
7. Third-party costs
Some services may involve third-party costs, including domains, hosting, software, advertising platforms, creative tools, media placements, subscriptions, payment processing fees, or partner charges.
Third-party costs are generally non-refundable once incurred unless the relevant provider issues a refund to us and we determine that the refund can be passed on to you.
8. Changes and cancellations
We will try to accommodate reasonable change requests where possible. However, changes requested after work has commenced, campaign materials have been prepared, or placements have been booked may incur additional charges or may not be possible.

9. Processing approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Refunds may exclude payment processing fees, third-party costs, completed work, committed advertising placements, or other amounts that cannot reasonably be recovered.
